Is the comp data as good as PropStream's?

We use RentCast — nationwide property + AVM + comps data, similar quality at a tenth of the cost. PropStream uses ATTOM (which we'll add in v1.2 when our customer volume justifies the licensing cost). For most wholesale deals, RentCast is plenty.

Can it handle my market?

Wherever RentCast has data — most US markets with reasonable transaction density. Rural / hyper-local markets may have thinner comp data; we surface the confidence score per deal so you know.

What if AI scripts sound robotic?
